My Teams

The Sprocket My Teams web part enables you to display the teams you are associated with in Microsoft Teams account, on your site. You can also manage the view and navigate to teams from this intuitive web part's UI.
When your page is in Edit mode, click the icon, search for "Sprocket My Account", and select the Sprocket My Account web part from the results.

Configurations

After you select the Sprocket My Teams web part, click the Configure Web Part button or icon on the menu on the left of the web part to open the Configuration section on the right. In this section, you can perform the following configurations:

  1. Configure the following in the Display Options section:

    Show TitleClick to enable title display of the web part.
    Show in PanelClick to enable display of items in panel.
    LayoutSelect from List or Card layout.
    Cache period (mins)Enter the cache period in milliseconds.
    Maximum number of itemsEnter the maximum number of items that you want to include on a page.
    Show Command BarClick to enable More Info button that directs you to the list of all items.
    Show Filter BarClick to enable Filter bar where you can search for teams.
  2. In the Teams section, enable Open teams in client app to enable Teams icon in team listing.

  3. Once all the required updates and configurations are performed, click Republish button to publish the page.

FAQs

1. How many Teams accounts can I sync in this web part?
You have the option to select the number of accounts to be displayed.

2. Can I view the team members from this web part?
You can view the preview of team members while in Card layout. Also, click on the Teams icon to navigate to the team information where you can view further details.
