Step-by-step Guide:
Here’s a simple guide on how to write a Sprocket 365 review:
1. Head to the Microsoft SharePoint App Store
- Firstly, navigate to the Microsoft AppSource store. You can do this either through your SharePoint Online environment or by visiting the store directly through your web browser.
- Please check you’re logged in with your Microsoft account that you use for SharePoint.
2. Find Sprocket 365
- In the SharePoint Store, search for “Sprocket 365” using the search bar. Once you find it, click on the app to go to its dedicated page.
3. Write Your Review
- Here you will find a button or link that says Write a Review. Click on this to start your review process. Please click the Get it now. This ensures the write a review button is available. See note above.
This will automatically transport you to the SharePoint Store in your SharePoint tenant. You won't need to download the app again, simply return back to the AppSource page where the 'Write a review button' should now be available.
- When you’re ready to write your review, a pop-up window will open. Here’s what to do:
- Rate Sprocket 365: Choose from one to five stars, with one star being the lowest rating and five stars the highest.
- Add a Review Title: Sum up your feedback in a brief headline.
- Write Your Review:
Please take a moment to share your experience with our product. Tell us what you like the most, including any Web Parts that are your favourites.
If you’re okay with it, we’d really appreciate if you could leave your review without ticking the anonymous box. Seeing your name adds more value to your feedback and helps everyone trust the reviews more.

4. Submit
Once you’re finished, simply click on the Submit button. Your review will then appear on the product page, where it can be seen by other customers and our product team.
