Features

  • Site Identity: You can update your site title.
  • Visual Branding: You can update logos, favicons, and thumbnails for your site.
  • User Experience: You can enable accessibility features like back-to-top navigation and page feedback.

Configuration Options

Site Identity

SettingDescription
Site TitleSet the main title displayed on your SharePoint site. This appears in both out-of-box SharePoint navigation or Sprocket Header

Logo & Branding

SettingDescription
Site LogoUpload your organization's main logo to display prominently on your site including SharePoint navigation header.
Site Logo ThumbnailUpload thumbnail logo used for a small image that appears next to a SharePoint site's name in various locations within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, such as search results, site cards, and when moving or copying files.
Site FaviconUpload a small icon (16x16 or 32x32 pixels) that represents the site, displayed in the browser's address bar, tabs, and bookmarks.

User Experience Features

Back to Top ButtonEnable a floating button that allows users to quickly scroll back to the top of long pages, improving navigation experience.
Page FeedbackAllow users to provide feedback on individual pages through a simple rating and comment system. Feedback is stored in a SharePoint list for review.
Logo Best Practices
  • Use PNG format with transparent backgrounds for logos
  • Ensure your logo is readable at different sizes
  • Keep file sizes optimized for web (under 500KB recommended)
Page Feedback Integration

When page feedback is enabled, a feedback form appears in the footer of each page. All submissions are automatically stored in a SharePoint list called "Page Feedback" where administrators can review and respond to user input.
